What personal data we collect and why we collect it

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Users that make a request will have their request data logged onto our database, this will be stored indefinitely but only used to fulfill the orders and produce analytics of the orders fulfilled.

Users can request we delete any personal information with regards to orders made with us.

All our information is kept on a secure database attached to a website that has been security and penetration tested, if somehow a breach occurred, users will be informed of any loss of information.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

No automated process besides storage is done with request data. Request data may be used to get an idea of analytics with regards to customer demand, any data shared will be completely anonymised and be reduced to dates and products ordered.
